You’ll receive instruction in various key operational areas in the lodging, food and beverage, travel and tourism, and recreation sub-sectors of the hospitality industry; effective leadership and management practices; marketing strategies; accounting and financial management; customer service management and enhancement of service levels; and concepts of social responsibility and ethics in business.
